Advance to the Next Wonder

In addition to the evolution of travel, we will go beyond travel to create new value
and contribute to the creation of a society that is as of yet unseen.

KNT-CT Holdings Co., Ltd.
CEO Yoshinobu Koyama

Thank you for your continued trust and support of the KNT-CT Group

In April 2027, KNT-CT Holdings Co., Ltd. will merge with its group companies—Club Tourism International Inc., Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd., and Kinki Nippon Tourist Blue Planet Co., Ltd.—and embark on a new chapter as KNTCT Co., Ltd.

Today, Japan is undergoing significant social transformation, driven by demographic decline, increasingly complex regional challenges, and evolving values and lifestyles. The travel industry is also changing rapidly. Beyond transportation and consumption, society now expects travel to provide meaningful experiences, foster deeper connections with local communities, and contribute to solving social issues.

To respond effectively to these changes and achieve sustainable growth, we will transition from a pure holding company structure to an operating company structure that directly manages business activities. By unifying our operations under a single organization, we aim to become a more agile company—one that can make decisions more quickly, act more decisively, and embrace new challenges as one integrated group.

While preserving the brands, trust, and customer relationships that each company has built over many years, we will combine our expertise and strengths as a travel group to evolve into a company that creates new value beyond the traditional boundaries of the travel industry. Through initiatives such as regional revitalization, the creation of long-term community engagement, tourism digital transformation (DX), and support for education and sports, we aim to contribute more broadly to society and local communities.

At the same time, we are committed to fostering a workplace where all employees can choose flexible and diverse ways of working, regardless of gender or life stage, thereby supporting a healthy work-life balance and enabling every individual to thrive.

Guided by our Group Purpose, “Advance to the Next Wonder,” we will continue to embrace change, take on new challenges, and create opportunities for a better future.

We sincerely appreciate your continued support and look forward to growing together with all our stakeholders.
