Advance to the Next Wonder

In addition to the evolution of travel, we will go beyond travel to create new value
and contribute to the creation of a society that is as of yet unseen.

KNT-CT Holdings Co., Ltd.
CEO Yoshinobu Koyama

First, thank you very much for your continued support of the KNT-CT Group.

Consisting of a total of 22 domestic and overseas companies including Kinki Nippon Tourist and Club Tourism, the KNT-CT Group operates a variety of businesses centered on the travel industry. To create new value and excitement, we have continued to take on challenges leveraging out-of-the-box thinking.
Kinki Nippon Tourist has unique and abundant experience and track record of providing services to companies and corporations. It provides optimal products and services to individuals through professional consulting with a human touch.
Club Tourism is based on a membership organization with seven million members. It plans and sells a large number of unique and themed travel products.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the environment surrounding us has been changing rapidly. Customer needs are increasingly diverse and so are the styles of travel.
Despite the diversification of society, we will always heed our founding aspiration: continue to take on challenges without fearing change. As a change-responsive company, we will not shy away from the changes in the times and we will take on future-oriented challenges.

In the growing market of inbound tourism to Japan, we will proceed with the restructuring of our global network and reinforce our function of sending inbound tourists to Japan.
Domestically, we will continue our long-term commitment to revitalizing local communities, aiming to become a general service trading company. We will work with local people to build mechanisms for providing a broad range of tourism solutions to issues in each region, while uncovering the attractions of regions across Japan.
To enable our employees to achieve a healthy work-life balance, we will proactively develop a working environment where everyone can choose from a variety of work styles, irrespective of differences in terms of gender or life events.

This year marks our 70th anniversary. All of the executives and employees of the KNT-CT Group will work together to continue its sustained evolution, guided by the courage to step into the unknown and the pride we have as we head into a new future, which is instilled in our purpose that we previously established, “Advance to the Next Wonder.” We hope you will continue to look forward to the journey of the KNT-CT Group.
